Finally, after months of hard work and preparation the sales staff and management of Impey UK were able to move into their new place of work.
It has been almost a year since the start of the build, but the wait has been worth it. The new offices, facilities and warehouse space are a vast improvement with the original building becoming the home of Impey Projects - the technical and manufacturing division of Impey UK.

Through membership with an organisation called Transformational Business Network, Impey UK has recently formed a link with two companies in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Green Leaf and Touch Nature are companies that produce natural based products such as soap, lotions and herbal essences.
The aim of the network is to provide small businesses in developing parts of the world with expertise and finance - the goal is to enable the businesses to grow and develop thus enabling them to employ more people and work themselves out of poverty in a long-term and sustainable way.
As there is no benefit system in Nepal, this employment with its support framework for the family means that the employees (most of whom are women) can be free from what could be a life below the poverty line.

March '07 saw the beginning of construction for the 3rd major Impey Building.
The building will complete the hat trick for Impey with special consideration being given for a modern design as it will be used as the new company head office.
The existing building will be converted for manufacturing and project development, as well as housing a new company product showroom.
"The new building will really help us to progress even further. While we have seen massive growth in the last 3 years it has resulted in the company outgrowing its current surroundings...." said Bruce Grave, Managing Director of Impey UK (shown right).
